How We Do It
Process is the key word. Our team follows a 5-step process:
1. We learn about the position requirements in detail.
2. We research candidates utilizing several different methods (referrals, internet sites, advertisements, on-line marketing and old fashioned recruiting methods).
3. We prescreen prospects by phone.
4. We conduct personal interviews and then, if they
are a good fit for the client’s needs we recommend
them.
5. We conduct reference checks.
Teamwork is the other key word. We work together, so while you may have one key contact all of our team members help find and match the right candidate.
When We Do It
Our team of professionals are always ready to assist you in filling your open positions. We are constantly researching quality candidates and have
a large database of resumes. We will act immediately upon receiving your

Career Counseling
Addition Management now offers extensive candidate counseling. Applicants can receive resume reviews and revisions, job coaching, mock interviews and an overall career counseling package.
